This cake was for Alex's sister, Allison! Today is her actual birthday but their family celebrated on Easter since everyone was going to be together. Of course the actual cake had to be PINK, so it was strawberry. This made Alex extremely happy because it's his favorite cake that I make!

Ashton's Lingerie Party

Ashton had this cute idea... so, of course, I had to make it happen! I am making her wedding cake in May and am sooo excited!

This cake was for Lauren's boyfriend, Ethan! His birthday is not until next week, but she wanted to surprise him with his family : )


I like to make simple cakes sometimes... not only do they take much less time BUT they normally turn out pretty cute!

Yo Gabba Gabba!

Happy Birthday Katie Beth! Before I made this cake I was not familiar with the TV show Yo Gabba Gabba. After making it, I may have to watch it because the characters are so cute!

When Katie Beth saw the cake, she immediately started naming the characters as she walked around each side of it. She kept saying, "Look Mom, it's my cake!" and "Look Dad, it's my cake!" It was too precious!



Strawberry cake.... YUM! Sarah called me after the party to tell me about how the cake was a hit and how much everyone liked the strawberry flavor--made my day!

Wedding Shower Cake

Perfect cake for a green and gold wedding shower! The woman who ordered the cake really likes the look of fondant and I think she was really pleased with how the cake turned out.

Best Wishes Krystan and Nathan! With all the gifts that will be opened at the shower, the cake will fit right in : )

White Mouse!

You will not be sorry you took the time to read this post....

This cake was for a little 5-year-old boy named Grayson (aka Grayson the Grand!) When asked what he wanted his cake to be, he immediately replied "White Mouse" and that white cake "would be nice". White Mouse is Grayson's "real imaginary friend" that has adventures with him. (They go to San Diego on the train and go surfing for starters). White Mouse "sneaked" into the "Wet Fish Museum" in Chattanooga (TN Aquarium) in March and had his own adventure there! Grayson did not even know it! He got the story book about "The Adventures of White Mouse at the Wet Fish Museum" at his party.... Such a cute idea!

Here's the current scoop on the mouse friends....

Evil Gray Mouse- He worked for the U S Government until about two days ago. Now that he has quit there he is no longer Evil. He now works at a bank.

Black Mouse is now the evil one and he works where ever there is evil to be found.
White Mouse used to have "girlfriend mouses" but they kept getting killed. So he does not have any now. ( I guess no smart girl mouse will have him, not safe.)

So you see how his little mind works. This story was too funny not to include... Here is the FUNNIEST part!

I was told he tries to pick up women at Olive Garden and he says if all else fails he can always go dance at the Waffle House by WKU. (If someone will pay for the music). hahaha

Layla is One!!!

Meet Layla...The cutest little birthday girl EVER! When Maggie first asked me to make the cake I knew there was no way I could pass up making it for such an adorable little girl!

This cake was fun to make because it is similar to other cakes I've made--but I had to try out a few new things as well. Luckily, I think it worked out!

Painter Palette!

Briley celebrated her birthday today painting pottery! This cake was perfect for the theme of her party... she designed it herself!
