This cake was for a small wedding on a farm in Frankfort.
The bottom tier is red velvet and the top is vanilla : ) There is LOTS of cream cheese icing under the fondant but I had to cover it because it would have had no chance of surviving through the heat tomorrow.
Definitely a summer wedding!
Very, very pretty and very summery! When I talked to you that night @ 9:30 you were just getting ready to ice it --good call to put fondant over the cream cheese icing so that it would not melt in the 100 degree temps. Gorgeous cake!
